REVIEW AUTOMATION

From 3 stars to 4.8 in six weeks, without your front desk asking anyone.

Google decides who shows up in the Local Pack, and Google cares about review count + recency + rating. Most service businesses have two dozen reviews from three years ago and a star rating that quietly kills their lead flow. Review automation closes the loop: every completed job gets a request, the replies land on Google, and your ranking climbs.

WHY IT MATTERS

More reviews, faster

The difference between 1 review a month and 10 isn't your customers — it's whether they get asked at the right moment. We time requests within the first 24 hours of service completion, when satisfaction is highest.

Filter for the good ones

Before the Google link fires, the customer rates their experience internally. Happy customers go to Google. Unhappy ones route to a private feedback form you can address before it hits public review sites.

Recency signals compound

Google's algorithm weights recent reviews heavily. Businesses with 5 new reviews last month rank above businesses with 500 reviews from 2021. Automation keeps fresh reviews flowing without any staff time.

HOW IT WORKS
01

Connect to your job pipeline

We integrate with your existing CRM, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or even a Google Sheet. As jobs get marked complete, a trigger fires to the review automation layer.

02

Personalized request goes out

Within the first 24 hours (tuned by industry), the customer receives a branded text or email: "Hey [Name], thanks for letting us fix your furnace today. Quick favor — how'd we do?" with a one-tap rating widget.

03

Route by satisfaction

4+ stars → direct link to your Google review page, pre-filled. 3 stars or below → a private feedback form that lands in your inbox so you can resolve it before it goes public.

04

Track results in the dashboard

Every request, reply, and star rating logged. You see response rate, average rating by tech, which customers left reviews — all reportable, all exportable.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Is this against Google's review policies?+
No. Google explicitly allows businesses to ask customers for reviews — what's not allowed is buying reviews or gating the public platform based on sentiment ("only ask happy customers"). We don't do either. The internal rating step is optional and legal; it simply gives you a chance to fix problems before a negative review hits public platforms.
Will customers feel spammed?+
Reviews fire once, timed well, and only to customers who just had a positive service experience. Response rates typically run 30–50% — dramatically higher than front-desk verbal asks.
How fast do we see results?+
First new reviews usually land within the first week. Most clients see their Google star rating meaningfully improve within 6–8 weeks, often moving from a 3.8 to 4.7+ average.
What if we already have review software?+
If it's working, keep it. If your average is under 4.5 or you're getting less than 5 new reviews/month, whatever you have isn't working — we replace it.
Can it respond to reviews too?+
Yes. Auto-reply to 5-star reviews with a custom thank-you template is included. Negative reviews are flagged for your team to respond personally — we don't let AI speak for you on public sensitive content.
What does it cost?+
Starts around $200/month, scaling with job volume. The returns are embarrassingly easy to prove: more reviews + higher rating = higher Google Local rank = more inbound calls.
